Like many small organisations we use readily available free software to help us organise and market ourselves. We use server based analytics tools which capture your IP address, but no identifying information. The tracking information allows us to better understand what content visitors are reading. This allows us to make better decisions about web design and writing. Occasionally, we will compile aggregate statistics about the number of visitors this site receives and the browsers being used for reporting purposes. No personally identifying data is gathered or included in this type of reporting. We are not collecting cookies.
Our mailing list
We use Mailchimp to administer our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link on your mail out. Mailchimp stores your email address, and any name and password details you have given them. You can find out more about how Mailchimp stores and uses your information here.
PayPal and Eventbrite
We use PayPal to administer our payments and Tickets Ignite to process ticketing. These are data processors rather than data controllers. You can read the Pay Pal privacy statement here, and the Tickets Ignite details here.
