Scare the Horses is a patronage model of producing live events ie. the membership funds the artists fees. Membership is therefore non-refundable. All efforts will be made to ensure the activity advertised goes ahead.
If members can’t make it to an event, tickets reserved for them are transferrable. Although we would love it if you came to everything, sometimes there are unavoidable instances, and we want to make sure as many people as possible enjoy the work
All performances and some conversation events are open to the general public. In the case of cancellation due to artist illness or other mishaps, if a new date cannot be organised, these tickets (and any extra tickets bought by members extra to their membership fee) will be refundable.
Events will happen in a variety of unusual spaces. Whilst we will endeavour to make these fully accessible, this may not be possible in all cases.
Due to the aims of the project as a provocation to new thinking, some of the content of the work may only be suitable for 18+. We will notify members and publics in advance of any work that may be particularly challenging.
